About Step by Step Listening


We provide support for those with ambition and drive. When you want to really make a change it often requires a leap of faith and Step by Step Listening will help you take those leaps with confidence.

We provide a professional facilitation service using a unique and powerful communication process called* Clean Language and our very own unique and effective meeting structure called The Power Group Model, ensuring you and your business are heard and understood.

Our sessions create time and space for you as an individual to:

  • Unravel what holds you back
  • Gain clarity, focus and understanding
  • Build strong and effective relationships
  • Recognise your strengths and develop them
  • Develop resources that will support your development

Our sessions combine a balance between providing you with “fish” qualified facilitation of your thinking. Enabling you to unravel what is holding you back while experiencing the benefits of this powerful communication skill. You will soon start to trust your own decisons and discover what is truly right for you.

What we anticipate will happen based on past experience, is that we will develop a greater understanding of you and your business and soon we will become your greatest fan, recommeding and referring you to our database.
