Synergy- Would you like to be able to achieve more as a team than on your own


Last week,I attended the B2B event at Basepoint (well worth it so do keep an eye out for their next one)

I had the pleasure of meeting with David Cuddace of Synergy Sailing who was telling me how he has partnered with a trainer who specialises in induction training and they now run a programme that incorporates a sailing day to physically demonstrate how important induction is.

Imagine setting sail with no instructions at all. But also David shared his business card that has the meaning of Synergy on it:

For those of you following my blog will know that I am working on a personal goal to succinctly say what I do. Well I help you create this kind of partnership where both partners end up being able to provide more than they could alone. Increasing their value and worth. Synergy Sailing and the trainer can now introduce to each other and they both win.
