The questions that will help your business grow?

As we make a own personal journey to grow and develop we thought we would ask ourselves “the questions” live so to speak in a blog. So you our clients could share the experience. We hope it will inspire and when/if we get it wrong you will tell us so that we can correct it.so here goes ….

What would Step by Step like to have happen?

We would like to share with our existing clients our journey to be recognised as Step by Step Listening by the end of the year. For our clients to observe through this blog, facebook, twitter, linkedin and our new website, how the questions can help you listen to yourself. Plus at the same time share with everyone what we are learning.( We hope that other businesses will learn from us as we make mistakes and learn from them) we hope to learn from them as they give us feedback and help us to be the best that we can be. Today I am learning how to do the blog. The first one was registered as sbs3 having spoken to Sue and Neive from Hoot Marketing on Fri and Steve Wood from Scalar Enterprise, I realised that if this blog was going to work it had to be listed as Step by Step Listening. First Lesson if I want to be recognised as Step by Step Listening then I must use it.

Is there anything else about Step by Step listening and being recognised?

Yes we would really appreciate the support of our loyal clients to help us spread the word. For 2 years we have been known as step by step coaching, facilitating mums and daughters. Our programme has now expanded and diversified so much that we now share with businesses, schools and parents the listening skill that can make the difference. We pride ourselves on being open honest, effective, flexible and affordable. But of course it is our clients that attend our workshops, the ones who go away and put what they have learned into practice who can best describe what happens next when you listen? We would really like them to leave comments below.

Is there anything else about Step by Step when it is like that?

Yes Step by Step Listening is and always will be a company that wants others to succeed. We are prepared to be open and honest about how we grow our business knowing that many of our clients are also working hard to increase the number of customers, to increase profit etc. We know that many of our clients are juggling home and work life. At Step by Step we are no different. We want to be able to be transparent. Easy to work with and understand. We need YOU, to tell us if we are achieving that or not.

What needs to happen for Step by Step Listening to Grow?

We need to talk to everyone and anyone about the benefits of working with “the questions” and the benefits of our fantastic programmes.
Our clients could help us by posting a comment about the benefits they have experienced in their business and/or home life knowing what you know now as a result of working with Step by Step Listening.

Thank you. That is it for me tonight on Blogging talk next week. Next job is to do keywords search so we can launch the journal guide on line..
will share what I learn along the way

About Step by Step Listening

I am the founder of Step by Step Listening and we started as a company that eradicated fear of failure and guilt for mums, we coached mums and daughters, we then worked with sole trader and small business owners and over the years we developed a unique ability to help people create the family or business they desire by being able to tap into the resource of being able to sell ideas/prodcuts/visions/services in a way that feels right and gets results. For some they are learning to sell and idea to themselves perhaps a dream or an ambition they have had for years, for others it could be selling responsibility and independence to a teenager or perhaps selling a vision or a change of structure to a team. What ever it is we use unique a unique facilitation and group process to help you discover when you are selling in a way that feels right that's like what?
